KOLDBORE Joins A.C.E. Alliance, Adding Counter-UAS Compliance and Operational Infrastructure

A.C.E. has welcomed KOLDBORE into the A.C.E. Alliance, adding specialized software and operational infrastructure designed to help law-enforcement and correctional agencies manage counter-UAS authority responsibly and defensibly.

July 3, 2026

KOLDBORE is developing a continuous compliance system of record specifically for state, local, Tribal, and territorial law-enforcement and correctional agencies operating under the emerging federal framework for counter-UAS activity.

The platform is designed around the reality that counter-drone authority involves considerably more than acquiring detection or mitigation equipment.

Agencies must manage policies, operator qualifications, implementation plans, authorized equipment, federal coordination, operational records, privacy requirements, post-operation reporting, data retention, and documentation capable of surviving later review or audit.

KOLDBORE brings those requirements together into a single operational record, including tamper-evident documentation and audit-ready reporting. Its accompanying KOLDBORE Field application allows authorized personnel to begin documenting counter-UAS events directly from the field, including time, location, operational actions, supporting evidence, and required notifications, with offline capability when connectivity is unavailable.

Within A.C.E., KOLDBORE strengthens the governance and accountability side of the autonomous and counter-UAS ecosystem.

A.C.E. may bring together detection systems, autonomous platforms, communications, intelligence, training, security capability, and other technologies. KOLDBORE helps provide the institutional framework that allows authorized agencies to document how those capabilities are actually used.

The relationship gives A.C.E. another important piece of the full operating picture: not simply deploying advanced technology, but helping organizations build programs capable of using it responsibly at scale.
